We picked Susan to help us with our move from Dripping Springs to downtown Austin. Growing up in Austin, she knows the market and has access to listings that others don’t. We liked her no-nonsense attitude and business approach to getting both our buy and sale transactions closed. Her best trait is her ability to take the emotion out of the process with good business advice and to avoid making a mistake due to deal heat.
Her work ethic is second to none. Very few phone calls went to voicemail and she was ALWAYS responsive to texts and emails. No task was too small. She even helped clean the garage before we closed. Our transactions went smoothly, and we closed both on time. We are so grateful for the effort she put in to keep us informed and confident while navigating some very tough times in the real estate market.

It made no difference if it was a work day or weekend, mid-day or night time, any question I had or action I needed to take, she was on top of so I did not miss a deadline pertinent to closing. All this was done with a level of professionalism that made selling agents and owners take notice as well…a high compliment, indeed!
